By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to adhere to these Terms. Should you not agree with any section of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

MutualReferenceHub offers high-end yacht chartering services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Daytime yacht rentals
  • Evening sails
  • Business retreats
  • Exclusive events
  • Long-term charters

All offered services are contingent on availability and climatic conditions. We retain the right to adjust or halt services at any point.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht, you are required to:

  • Be at minimum 18 years old
  • Supply correct and thorough information
  • Remit the needed deposit as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A confirmed booking is only achieved once payment is received along with our written confirmation. We maintain the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is dependent on the vessel's schedule and appropriate weather conditions. We will strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are provided in € and incorporate applicable taxes, except as explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the complete charter fee due upon reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Callable 48 hours in advance of the charter's scheduled departure
  • Incidental expenses (if applicable): Payable at the charter's end

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept widely-used credit cards, direct bank transactions, and certified cheques. All payment processing is handled using secure, encrypted protocols.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours before the departure: Entire amount refunded, less processing fees
  • If canceled within 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund provided
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In situations where the captain deems weather conditions as unsuitable for sailing, we shall propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter at no additional charge for an alternative date
  • Issue a complete refund in case rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the case of technical issues with the allocated vessel, our aim is to provide an adequate replacement. If this is unattainable, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Abide by all commands from the crew
  • Don safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any medical conditions affecting their safety
  • Stay within designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following articles are barred from being onboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Banned substances
  • Guns or other weaponry
  • Pets (except if approved beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Behavior of passengers must remain polite and respectful. Any charter can be prematurely terminated without a refund should behavior endanger safety or disrupt others' enjoyment.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our culpability is confined to the paid amount for the charter. Our responsibilities do not include:

  • Injury due to a guest's carelessness
  • Personal possession loss or damage
  • Non-direct, consequential, or punitive losses
  • Delays owing to weather or events outside of our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We sustain extensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. It is the passenger's obligation to secure their travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services implies recognition of the intrinsic risks with marine activities, accepting accountability for your personal safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We preserve the right to adjust itineraries, paths, or timetables based on meteorological considerations, safety or operational demands. We will endeavor to provide similar alternative experiences when possible.

9. Force Majeure

Not accountable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by factors out of our influence, these can include but are not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural calamities
  • Government directives
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vessel mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private information is managed in line with our Privacy Policy. Using our services constitutes your assent to our collecting and usage of your data as mentioned in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Content on our website, such as texts, visuals, branding, and pictures, are safeguarded by copyright and trademark regulations. Reproduction, distribution, or creating derivative works are prohibited without our explicit consent.

12. Governing Law
