What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, security gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Each booking type has different benefits—for example, our evening sails offer exclusive beverages and starters, while business charters provide meeting amenities and professional catering choices.
What is the recommended lead time for reservations?
To ensure availability, we suggest making reservations two to three weeks in advance, or four to six weeks beforehand for corporate gatherings or special events to leave adequate time for personalization.
What is the procedure in case of inclement weather?
Our primary concern is your safety. If the captain determines the weather is hazardous, we will propose a new date or give a complete refund. Weather prediction is closely followed, and if there's doubt about the conditions, we'll inform you a day prior to your departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own meals and drinks?
Indeed, we welcome you to bring your own snacks and soft drinks. We do provide excellent meal service options tailored to your liking. Note that due to safety precautions, glass items are not allowed on board.
Is there accessibility for guests with physical disabilities?
Our goal is to serve all our guests comfortably. While some yachts are more accessible than others, we ask that you reach out to us during reservation to discuss any specific necessities and so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and assist with preparations required.
Could you explain your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 72 hours prior to the departure time, a full refund is provided. For cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours, a 50% refund is offered. If the cancellation is made under 24 hours before departure, the amount is non-refundable unless it's due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
